The Delta State Police Command has arrested a pastor in Onicha-Olona, Aniocha North Local Government Area of the state for allegedly extorting the sum of N550,000 from a woman. It has gathered that Pastor Emmanuel Mokogwu, claimed to have been ordained at the Winners’ Chapel four years ago.
